Fix food, fix the planet: key messages from our UK tour
20th October 2021
Natural systems, which lock up carbon, are our biggest ally in race to net zero and staying under 1.5°C. They answer pressing questions being asked at COP26 about how to harness land for food and climate, and more.
A growing movement of citizens is already working to fix how we use our land, how we grow our food - because if we can fix food, we can fix the planet. This autumn, we hit the road (on our bikes) to talk to the people taking action.
Here we share a flavour of what we heard on the tour, as well as the latest Farming for Change research which charts a course for the future that works for all.

"FFCC is on the road, sharing stories of real #ClimateAction on the #LandUnlockedTour ahead of #COP26. In this film, we share a flavour of what we heard from citizens and outline the steps needed from government to support people to do more, at pace and scale for the climate. https://bit.ly/313mQjn #LandUnlockedTour #TogetherForOurPlanet"
The film will be available in large screen and social formats, please email rebecca.renfro@ffcc.co.uk if you would like to feature it in your COP26 activity.
The practical and radical actions of citizens across the UK are underpinned by the latest Farming for Change research, which charts a course for the future that works for all.
There are critical, no regrets steps that can harness natural systems for the benefit of nature, climate and future generations.
