Our code of online conduct

1st January 2021

We post content on our social media channels throughout the week, mostly on Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram but also on Facebook and YouTube. We intend for the content we post to encourage conversation, questions and debate on our channels – and therefore want to balance the need to enable debate and discussion with the desire to ensure our channels are inclusive and safe spaces. The channels are actively managed during work hours (9-5 Mon-Fri except Bank Holidays).

Moderating comments

Our aim is to encourage people to express opinions and will only moderate posts that are in breach of our guidelines below (which we reserve the right to determine). When appropriate, we contact individuals who are breaching our guidelines to resolve the issue directly, but please be aware that a breach of guidelines may result in us hiding or deleting comments or blocking/banning individuals (or organisations) from our channels. We reserve the right to contact law enforcement authorities for investigation if we deem it necessary.

If you are concerned that a post or specific user has broken any of our house rules or you are worried about any comment or content, please send us a direct message on the platform you are using.
