This Annual Report covers the final year of our 2020 strategic plan. It is almost impossible to overstate the volatile, uncertain and complex conditions that characterised the context of our work since then. A global pandemic, exiting the European Union, war in Ukraine and the subsequent economic challenges – these are extraordinary times.
