The inquiry in Cumbria sought to identify where there are gaps in farm support for specific communities or groups, and where investigations, activities and consensus align and diverge. Such an analysis will provide a better steer on how to use future funds to avoid repetition and gaps, as well as to support innovation and make a positive difference in the uplands.
