Land Use Framework pilot team gathers views

The Devon Land Use Framework team has been visiting local shows across the county, to hear what people in local communities want from the land around them, and what their current concerns are.
These audio clips give just a flavour of a much broader conversation, and show how important it is for England to find a better way of making decisions about land.
FFCC is working with Westcountry Rivers Trust, Devon Communities Together, and a wider network of stakeholders to design, develop, test, and review a better process for land use decision-making - a land use framework - that will help decision-making bodies at local authority, catchment, and landscape scales, as they navigate complex issues around competing demands on land.
